That being said, more SteamWorld Heist is definitely a good thing no matter how easy and short this DLC is. Sure, you can adjust the difficulty but how would you know how much to adjust it by when these missions take place all over the map? Also, you can easily beat the entire pack in one sitting which is kind of disappointing. Working through these missions is enjoyable but if you've already finished the campaign then they can be quite boring due to the lack of challenge. They're mostly similar to ones in the main story but the final one features an awesome boss fight against a tricky robot named Jester. In addition to Fen, there are six new missions to complete. Fen threatens to use his mighty Lightning Coil An extended campaign I would've loved to have a new character that can do something truly awesome like walk on ceilings, jump high without the need to equip an accessory, or warp around the battlefield but all you get is just a new face to add to your troop. My only problem with Fen is that he really doesn't stand out from the cast of characters except for his unique design. It's not the most unique skill but it's a heck of a lot of fun watching a few foes fall apart with one shot. Once he's in your party, you'll be quite happy with his special ability (Lightning Coil) that allows him to shoot through multiple enemies and obstacles. However, you can't recruit him yet because you first have to complete a brief mission in order to retrieve an item that provides him with the ability to move. After downloading The Outsider DLC, you find Fen in a trash container. His design is very cool as he looks like a wandering rogue robot which matches his story well.
